The EU’s Audiovisual Service department shares the sights and sounds of Europe across the union. So we were delighted to win the contract to provide translation services for all its content and metadata.
The Challenge
To provide on-going translation services for the EU’s Audiovisual Service Department. This involves translation of all content into the EU’s 23 official languages - including subtitling and voiceover translation of video and audio content as well as metadata.
The Solution
We deliver multiple video formats with embedded subtitles for the department’s vast website, commissioners’ pages or campaigns as well as audio files in the different target languages. Via cloud computing we translate the metadata directly on the EU’s e-platform then enter it into their system.
The Result
Our work allows content to be searched and navigated in the EU’s 23 official languages. Our experience and flexibility means we can respond to all the client’s localisation needs. In no matter what language they want the content, we can deliver.
