Current Vacancies:

Captioners
To produce captions for Online, Live and Offline post production for English language TV programs and videos for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired.

 

Voice Recognition Users / Voiceover Artists
For live remotes and on air television networks in Australia and international broadcasters.

 

Essential requirements for both roles include:

•	An interest in news and current affairs
•	A high degree of computer literacy
•	Demonstrated experience in a fast- paced environment with on-air experience desirable
•	Ability to multi-task with accuracy and organisation
•	Typing speed of 40wpm at a minimum

 

Hours: 24 hour rotation roster including weekends and public holidays. Hourly award rates apply and will depend on experience, productivity and accuracy.

 

Successful applicants will have outstanding language skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation), preferred previous experience with speech recognition software or voiceover systems, strong general knowledge with a genuine interest in news and current affairs.
